That this House congratulates the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries on Food on embracing the spirit of the Black Prince, Henry the Fifth and the Duke of Wellington; and trusts that historical perspectives will assist him in coming to a decision against ratification on the Maastricht Treaty.
