That this House congratulates Blackpool Football Club on the magnificent achievement of winning promotion from the Fourth Division; congratulates the manager, Billy Ayre, all the team, the Chairman, all members of the Board past and present, and all involved at the club; praises the supporters for the backing they have given; and recognises that with their support this success is the beginning of a return to the glory days of Stanley Matthews and Bill Perry, when Blackpool won the F.A. Cup; and wishes the club every success in the future, when it will continue to bring great credit to the town of Blackpool.
