The motion

That this House warmly congratulates Blackburn Rovers on its success a place in the Premier League; expresses its great appreciation of Mr Jack Walker, the manager Mr Kenny Dalglish, the players, directors, staff and supporters for this magnificent achievement by one of the founding members of the Football League; and looks forward to Rovers' continued success in the future.
