LEGAL AID FOR FOREIGNERS

That this House considers that no state assistance should be given toward the payment of legal costs and expenses of any person not ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom unless, and to the extent that, the country in which such person is ordinarily resident would give reciprocal assistance.
