BARCLAYS BANK: WITHHOLDING OF FUNDS DUE TO MR L. JENKINS

That this House notes the quite extraordinary conduct by Barclays Bank in relation to the account held by Mr L. Jenkins of Hertfordshire; notes the steps taken by the present Chairman, Mr Andrew Buxton, together with bank officials, Carslake, Turle and Sellers of the Central Advances Department, to deprive Mr Jenkins of his monies; and instructs the Attorney General to invite police investigation into their conduct.
