DONATING LIFE

Tabled by Winston Churchill (Conservative) 116 signatures

The motion

That this House, gravely concerned at the large numbers of fellow citizens living under a sentence of death through the non-availability of donor organs for transplant, calls on Her Majesty's Government to introduce legislation to make possible the use of organs of those who have died, to give life to others unless they have specifically opted-out by placing their names on a computer register.
