The motion
Leave out from 'House' to end and add, 'rejects the argument for a junction at Stratford; recognises the superior benefits of an international station at King's Cross to serve the needs of the North East, North West, Midlands and Scotland; and urges the British Railways Board and the Secretary of State to come forward with plans for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, to maximize the benefits of the Channel Tunnel for the regions beyond London, without delay.'.
