CORNWALL HEALTHCARE TRUST

That this House notes the recent statements and actions of the former Chairwoman of the Cornwall Healthcare Trust, Captain Abigail Kirby-Harris; believes that they provide abundant evidence of both the good judgement of the five honourable Members in Cornwall, representing a broad spectrum of opinion, in opposing the original appointment and of the Secretary of State for Health in accepting her resignation; and calls on the Ministers concerned to consult widely on her successor.
