Postal Services Bill
Lord Whitty moved amendment 7, as an amendment to amendment 6, in clause 2, line 6, after “company” to insert “in relation to: (i) the minimum contract length for the commercial relationship; (ii) the details of any contractual break period that may be exercised by any party who enters into the commercial relationship; (iii) the total value of the contract to the Post Office company for the services provided under the terms of the commercial relationship for each year that the contract runs”.
