Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill [HL]
Lord Hanningfield moved amendment 157B, in clause 67, page 50, line 7, at end to insert: “(1A) In undertaking their duties under subsection (1), the responsible regional authorities must seek the advice of each authority whose area falls wholly or partly within the region. (1B) The authorities to be consulted for the purposes of subsection (1A) are— (a) a county council, (b) a district council, other than a non-unitary district council, (c) a National Park Authority, (d) the Broads Authority. (1C) The authority must give advice to the responsible regional authorities, including advice relating to the inclusion in the regional strategy of specific policies relating to any part of the region. (1D) Where an authority under this section is a county council for an area for which there is a district council, the county council must consult the district council in relation to the discharge by the county council of its duties under this section.” The House divided:

The party breakdowns are our own analysis of the official voting records (recorded votes only; they do not describe the formal whip). How we work this out.
Peers attend divisions ad hoc, so there is no did-not-vote list. Tellers are counted in the Content and Not Content totals, unlike in the Commons.
Tellers: Baroness Anelay of St Johns (Content), Lord Tope (Content), Lord Bassam of Brighton (Not Content), Lord Davies of Oldham (Not Content).
