Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Bill [HL]
Baroness Noakes moved amendment 12, in clause 10, page 6, line 40, at end to insert: "( ) Notwithstanding anything in subsections (1) and (2), a bank or building society must use its knowledge of its accounts, its account holders and any other relevant matters in determining whether an account is dormant."
