Lord Robathan moved amendment 5, in clause 1, page 1, line 3, to leave out “an animal to which this Act applies” and insert “a species classed as threatened on the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s Red List and where that list records trophy hunting as a threat to that species”.The Committee divided:
