It was moved by the Lord Kingsland to resolve That this House calls on Her Majesty’s Government to revoke the Damages (Personal Injury) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/2301), laid before the house on 27th June 2001; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
