Hunting with Dogs

It was moved by the Lord Whitty to resolve that this House considers that arrangements for the supervision of the hunting of wild mammals with dogs should be given statutory effect by provision similar to Schedule 1 to the Hunting Bill as introduced into the Commons in session 2000–01 [Bill 2] (Supervision); which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
