It was moved by the Baroness Blatch, in Clause 6, page 4, line 15, to leave out paragraph (a) and insert: (“(a) require the Council to be allowed access to relevant accounts and documents and to be given rights in relation to computers, associated apparatus and materials which have been used in association with Council-funded provision;”); which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
