Tax Credits Bill

It was moved by the Baroness Byford, in Clause 24, page 18, line 6, at end to insert “provided that nothing in any such regulations shall exclude credit documents cashable at post offices unless the Board is reasonably satisfied that necessary facilities are in place for every claimant to receive payment by other prescribed means”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
