Procedure of the House: Select Committee Report

It was moved by the Lord Lucas, in page 6, line 14, to leave out “The Procedure Committee endorses Group recommendation (g)(a) that the House should normally rise by 10pm on Mondays to Wednesdays.” and insert “The Procedure Committee rejects Group recommendation (g)(a) and recommends that the House should normally rise by 11pm on Mondays to Wednesdays.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the Committee divided:
