It was moved by the Lord Hunt of Wirral, in Clause 87, page 41, line 26, at end to insert: “( ) In prescribing fees payable under subsection (1), the Lord Chancellor shall have regard to the need to facilitate access to justice.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the Committee divided:
