It was moved by the Lord Dixon-Smith, in Clause 22, page 15, line 23, at end to insert: “( ) In this Chapter “composting” includes a requirement to maintain selected biodegradable waste at 98 degrees celsius for a minimum of two hours before storing.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
