It was moved by the Lord Goodhart, in Schedule 2, page 61, line 34, to leave out sub-paragraphs (2) and (3) and insert: “(2) Interest shall be payable from the date of default on the amount of the fine for the time being unpaid at the rate of interest payable on judgment debts.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
