It was moved by the Baroness Buscombe, in Clause 340, page 295, line 10, to leave out subsections (2) and (3) and to insert: “( ) Paragraph 2 of that Part (disqualification for religious bodies) shall cease to have effect.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
