It was moved by the Baroness Hanham, in Clause 3, page 3, line 34, at end to insert: “( ) All members of a combined fire and rescue authority constituted under a scheme under section 2 shall be elected members of a constituent authority.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
