It was moved by the Lord Moynihan, in Clause 21, page 13, line 16, at end to insert: “( ) This section shall only have effect once the Secretary of State has laid before Parliament a report setting out in detail the cost of hosting the Olympic and Paralympic Games in London in 2012.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
