It was moved by the Lord Thomas of Gresford, as an amendment to Commons Amendment 22, in line 25, at end to insert: “(8) Nothing in this section affects the additional power of consideration and representation granted to the Children’s Commissioner for Wales by section 75A of the Care Standards Act 2000 (c. 14).”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
