Charities Bill [HL]

It was moved by the Lord Phillips of Sudbury, in Clause 8, page 9, line 17, at end to insert: “( ) The Lord Chancellor may, after such consultations as he shall think fit, establish a suitors’ fund to widen access to the Tribunal by assisting with payments of applicants’ costs and may make rules for the purpose.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
