It was moved by the Baroness Anelay of St Johns, in Clause 2, page 3, line 16, at end to insert: “( ) Details of any entry made in the Register must be provided to the person in respect of whom the entry is made.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the Committee divided:
