It was moved by the Baroness Hanham, in Clause 1, page 1, line 7, to leave out from “on” to end of line 8 and to insert “a date prior to the making of any order under section 5(4) and (4A) of this Act”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
