To ask the Scottish Executive whether it anticipates that the Marine (Scotland) Bill will be amended at Stages 2 and 3.

Answer · Richard Lochhead: It is anticipated that the Marine (Scotland) Bill will be amended during its passage through the parliamentary process. I have already informed the Rural Affairs and Environment Committee of potential amendments at Stage 2 in a letter dated 18 June 2009.
