To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list who will be on the Marine Strategy Board.
Answer · Richard Lochhead: Detailed arrangements for the Marine Strategy Forum, including its membership, remit, meeting and other arrangements, have not yet been decided. It is proposed that it will be established by July.</p>
