To ask the Scottish Executive whether recent discussions have taken place with the Office of Fair Trading regarding the Greenbelt Group Ltd and, if so, what the outcome was.

Answer · Fergus Ewing: I met with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) on 14 October, to discuss land maintenance companies and the current OFT market study into property managers in Scotland. The OFT has indicated the report will be published in early 2009.
