Answer · Cathy Jamieson: The Executive accepted the recommendations of the multi-agency Advisory Group on youth crime in June 2000. Scotland's Action Programme to Reduce Youth Crime 2002 and the 10-point Action Plan to tackle Youth Crime and Disorder are currently being implemented.
