To ask the Scottish Executive when it intends to publish the draft bill regarding incapable adults announced as part of the legislative programme for 1999 / 2000.
Answer · Jim Wallace: We intend to introduce the incapable adults bill this autumn. We shall also publish during the summer a policy statement setting out our proposals for this legislation.
