Answer · Malcolm Chisholm: To-date NHS 24 has received some 1.1 million calls. There is no direct measure of hoax calls. NHS 24 processes minimise the impact of such calls. There is no feedback from GPs or other partner services to suggest that hoax call cause problems for them.</p>
