The information requested isnot collected centrally. However, with the development of the Scottish WorkforceInformation Statistical System (SWISS) information on staff grievances, such asthe nature of the grievance and the outcome of investigation into grievances willbe available in the future.</p><p>Employment practice policy andprocedure is developed locally by NHS boards. These policies are explained in thePartnership Information Network (PIN) guideline entitled <i>Management of EmployeeConduct</i> and can be downloaded from the Working in Health website: </p><p><ahref="http://www.workinginhealth.com/workforce">www.workinginhealth.com/workforce</a>.</p>
