To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-1936 by Sarah Boyack on 25 October 1999, when it will be consulting on the designation of the Ythan estuary and catchment as a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will make a statement on the progress of the Scottish University for Industry.
Answer · Henry McLeish: The Scottish UfI is an exciting innovative project that must succeed if we are to create a learning nation. The Scottish UfI development team is working hard to ensure a successful launch in autumn 2000. I will publish a progress report next month.
