To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list the level of stocks of anti-tetanus injections held at each accident and emergency department in Scotland on (a) Friday 6 August, and (b) Saturday 7 August, and whether it will make a statement on this matter.
Answer · Susan Deacon: The information requested is not held centrally. It is for NHS Trusts to ensure that stocks of the anti-tetanus vaccine are ordered to meet their individual requirements.

Answer · Henry McLeish: The proposed new assisted areas announced in mid-July will mean that Regional Selective Assistance continues to be available widely in the Clydebank and Greenock areas. The Local Enterprise Company is also available to help.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it considers the care records of the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland to be health records and therefore subject to the Access to Health Records Act 1990.
Answer · Susan Deacon: No. The care records of the Mental Welfare Commission do not fall within the definition of "health records" as contained within the Access to Health Records Act 1990, with the exception of review of detention reports prepared by Commission doctors.
