To ask the Presiding Officer whether he will arrange for waste paper recycling facilities to be provided within the current Parliamentary complex.
Answer · David Steel: The Parliament's existing waste disposal arrangements do not currently cover the recycling of waste paper. Parliament staff are, however, preparing a specification for this type of service and the aim is to award a contract later in the summer.
