To ask the Scottish Executive within what timescale and under what procedure it intends to consider the City of Glasgow Council's proposals for stock transfer under the New Housing Partnership initiative.
Answer · Wendy Alexander: The Council has undertaken a feasibility study of the potential for whole stock transfer and has now submitted a bid for funding to develop a transfer proposal. This is currently under consideration.
