To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-11408 by Shona Robison on 18 April 2008, how many of the 51 off-sales tested within the Lothian and Borders police force area were within the Lothians parliamentary region, broken down by local authority area.
Answer · Shona Robison: This information is not held centrally. However, information obtained from Lothian and Borders Police suggests that all of the 51 off-sales tested were within the West Lothian area as part of the first phase of the force’s roll-out of test purchasing.</p>
