Answer · Shona Robison: It is up to health boards to decide the criteria for patients who choose to self-fund in one of the four centres in Scotland providing NHS IVF, whilst taking into account the health of those undergoing IVF, and the safety of treatment.

Answer · Alex Neil: There are no plans to publish action points or records of meetings. As previously explained in the answer to S4W-29631, the Scottish Government and Home Office have agreed that the discussions will remain confidential until they are concluded.
