To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will include provision of a Dornoch rail bridge in its plans for upgrading the rail network.
Answer · Nicol Stephen: I understand that there are currently no plans to provide a Dornoch rail bridge. The responsibility for the upgrade of the railway network is a matter for the Strategic Rail Authority in conjunction with Network Rail.
