To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will examine and review the results of any referenda on housing stock transfer options that have taken place in the last four years.
Answer · Stewart Maxwell: We have no plans to do so. Wherea landlord has conducted a ballot to establish whether its tenants wish a transferproposal to proceed, the Scottish Government will respect the choice made by thetenants at that ballot.</p>
