To ask the Scottish Executive what consideration it is giving to the operation of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 in Scotland and whether it believes that any further legislation is needed.

Answer · Kenny MacAskill: The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 has been in force since 6 April 2008. It is therefore much too early to comment on its operation in Scotland, or on the need for further legislation.</p>
