Answer · Joe FitzPatrick: The announcement was for funding to be made available from 1 April 2020. Work is under way to ensure a robust process is in place for Health Boards, Alcohol and Drug Partnerships and 3 rd sector organisations to apply for a portion of this funding in 2020.
