Answer · John Swinney: A phased withdrawal of an IT pay supplement for three members of staff began on 1 December 2012 and ends on 30 September 2015. As there are only three people affected a breakdown by age and/or location could identify them and is therefore not appropriate.

Answer · John Swinney: From 1 October 2015 Registers of Scotland will have no recruitment or retention allowances to pay. An IT pay supplement of £1,000 per annum is currently paid to three members of staff and these payments will cease on 30 September 2015.
