Answer · Derek Mackay: The Scottish Government has to set and deliver a balanced budget each year and is, therefore, unable to run a deficit. GERS does not report a budget deficit for Scotland.

Answer · Humza Yousaf: Responsibility for the collection of information about the decommissioning of vehicles lies with the DVLA. The Scottish Government does not hold the figures requested.
