Make casinos check all visitors against a database to protect problem gamblers.

What the petition asks
At present, a problem gambler is able to ask a casino to self-exclude but there is virtually no enforcement until a withdrawal is made. This allows casinos to benefit from gambling addicts' deposits and limit their downside exposure.
For example, Leicester Square's Empire Casino has feeble checks on entry. The only time and ID is required is when a large (>£300 or so) withdrawal is made. For a problem gambler, this is not sufficient protection in my opinion.
