Lower the age to 16 to obtain a provisional driving licence for cars.

What the petition asks
Many young adults have jobs, schools and colleges that they need to attend to on a day to day basis and not being able to drive a car makes it their only option to travel by bus, taxi, walking or through someone who can drive. However, driving tests for 16 year olds should be more thorough.
