Amend the Road Traffic Act (1998) - cats killed on the road must be reported.

What the petition asks
When a dog is knocked down or killed in a road traffic accident the driver must report the incident to the police. Cats are not afforded the same right which means many owners never know what has happened to their much loved pet.
