Oppose opening of a dog day care/training centre/kennels West Bank area

Closed 36 signatures

What the petition asks

A new planning application has been submitted to Halton Borough Council application number 15/00354/COU.
You will see from this application that the proposed use is for between 30 - 50 dogs to stay at the unit for at least a week at a time while people go away on business or holiday, 365 Days 24/7
The impact of dogs barking constantly 365 days a year 24 hours a day will a have a huge impact on us as residents and could have negatvie impact on the cost of your property. This will spoil the quality of life for many of us living in close proximity. We feel that this is a inappropriate location for the use of kennels as it is situated in a residential area. This will cause a significant amount of noise and disturbance.
